Alliance Federal Supply delivers medical, surgical, safety, and facility supplies to VA medical centers, DoD installations, civilian agencies, and Texas state buyers, sourcing TAA-compliant products through authorized manufacturer channels with a quote response within 24 business hours. Founded by a U.S. Army Civil Affairs veteran and Purple Heart recipient who spent months as a patient inside the VA and military medical systems, Alliance Federal Supply was built on what most distributors cannot offer: a firsthand understanding of what these facilities need and what happens when they do not get it. We do not just fill orders. We protect the mission behind them.
Alliance Federal Supply operates as a sourcing and distribution partner across medical, safety, and facility supply categories for federal, state, and commercial buyers.
Active certifications across federal and state small business categories.

Alliance Federal Supply LLC commits to providing TAA-compliant products on solicitations where Trade Agreements Act compliance is required. We source through authorized manufacturers and distribution channels capable of supplying products manufactured in the United States or in TAA-designated countries as defined under FAR 25.4. TAA compliance is verified at the line-item level prior to quote submission.
The operational discipline that governs every quote and every order.
Products sourced through authorized manufacturer and distribution channels. Lot numbers, manufacturer warranties, and recall response paths stay intact from order through delivery.
Country-of-origin and TAA documentation provided when required by the solicitation. Buy American, brand-name-or-equal, and other compliance flags reviewed at intake.
Availability and lead time verified with the source before the quote is issued. No speculative timelines, no unconfirmed stock.
Backorders, substitutions, and delivery constraints communicated before the buyer commits. No surprises after a purchase order is issued.
Substitutions are quoted only when explicitly approved by the buyer. Brand-name and exact-match requirements respected at the line-item level.
Three structural attributes that distinguish Alliance Federal Supply from typical single-certification small business resellers.
Eligible for solicitations restricted to SDVOSB, HUBZone, Texas state HUB, and Texas VOSB. A single vendor relationship covers contract categories that typically require multiple distinct vendors.
Supports both federal procurement vehicles and the Texas state procurement system, including CMBL registration and ESBD bid monitoring. Texas operates state-level small business set-asides independent of federal vehicles.
Fourteen NAICS codes and ten Product Service Codes (PSC) span medical, surgical, ophthalmic, electromedical, laboratory, safety, and MRO categories within a single registration.
