Manufacturers and authorized distributors partner with Alliance Federal Supply to support compliant sourcing for federal, state, and commercial buyers. Set-aside eligibility, country-of-origin verification, and solicitation-specific requirements are reviewed before every quote.

Alliance Federal Supply is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone distributor based in Northlake, Texas. Our certifications give vendor partners access to federal and state contract vehicles that require certified small business participation, a market segment defined by statutory contracting goals at the federal and state level. Most small business resellers hold one or two certifications. Alliance Federal Supply holds four: SBA SDVOSB, SBA HUBZone, Texas VetHUB, and Texas VOSB. Each opportunity is evaluated against product eligibility, country-of-origin, set-aside category requirements, and solicitation-specific rules.

Headquartered in a federal HUBZone tract in Texas, Alliance Federal Supply is positioned for both federal HUBZone set-asides and the Texas state procurement system, including the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) and Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD). Texas operates one of the largest VA medical networks in the country, alongside a state small business program independent of federal vehicles.

Cross-Category Reseller

Our SAM registration covers fourteen NAICS codes spanning medical equipment, surgical instruments, ophthalmic goods, electromedical apparatus, electrical equipment, and institutional furniture. Vendor partners can offer related products through a single sourcing relationship rather than splitting product lines across category-specialized resellers.

ANSI-compliant first aid kits, AEDs, eye wash stations, fire safety equipment, OSHA-compliant safety stations, hazmat containment, signage, and emergency response supplies.

Janitorial supplies, HVAC components, lighting, plumbing, hardware, electrical supplies, restroom products, paints and coatings, hand and power tools, and grounds maintenance.

TAA-Compliant Products

Products manufactured in the United States or in TAA-designated countries. TAA compliance is a particularly strong fit because it expands eligibility across federal contract vehicles including GSA Schedule, VA, and DoD.
